Death of a good friendNov. 2008 Franz Goritschnig died on the eve of his 70th birthday, on November 11 after a short illness. Goritschnig, a leading member of the Austrian team, was tournament director of the European Championships in Poertschach.
Too young to die Sept. 2008 Ezio Lipott tragically died after a heart attack on September 25 at his home, aged 65. The funeral was held at Barcola, on the Gulf of Trieste. more…
